HR Senior Officer - Human Resources

Specific Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with the functional staff. (including managerial level above staff if necessity)
- Work with the HR Account Manager and the client group to implement the Firm's Human Resources processes and practices.
- Support the HR Account Manger to set up and maintain the effective internal communication, implement HR change initiatives and firm-wide people programs for the respective function/service line.
- Assist the HR Account Manager to facilitate all aspects of the performance management and compensation process for the function/service line.
- Assist the HR Account Manager to manage all aspects of staff movement processes (e.g.: pre-commencement, probation, internal transfer, secondment, exit processes etc.) and make sure the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Other projects as assigned on a national or regional basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, at least 5 years working experience in MNC HR
- Familiar with China and local Labor Law and relevant regulations
- Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and coordination skill in a diversified cultural environment
- Ability to work independently with the high integrity; work on own initiative proactive and open minded
- Mature and able to work under pressure

Manager - Financial Management Consulting

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Business with accounting focus, or similar qualifications. Professional accounting qualification will be a plus.
- With at least3 years relevant industry or consulting project experience in the field of financial management field.
- With good understanding in financial management field, like cost accounting, budgeteering and budget analysis and enterprise financial management, etc.
- Must have excellent Chinese and English communication and interpersonal skills.
- With excellent planning and organization skills and good team work spirit.
- Good project management experience will be preferred.
- Can afford business travel.
